Two Touch

Terms of use

Who can use it

Accounts are for adults: coaches, club staff and parents. Players do not need an account; they see their team's page through their coach's link.

When you send us a recording

You confirm that:

• you have the right to share it with us (for example, it is your team's or your club's recording);
• the club and the families of the players in it have agreed to it being used for player analysis and to improve Two Touch's analysis, as described below.

What we may do with it

The recording stays yours. You allow Two Touch to use it, and what we measure from it, only to:

• make your team's reports, player pages and drills;
• improve Two Touch's analysis: training and testing the software that finds the ball, the players and the moments in a game.

We will never sell your recordings, publish them, share them with other teams or use them for advertising. To keep a recording out of training, email us and it is used only for your own team's reports.

The analysis

Two Touch is in beta. Reports are made by software and checked by a person, but they can contain mistakes. They are a coaching aid, not a judgement on any child. A coach can mark any call as wrong, and that mark is shown to the team.

Your account

Keep your sign-in to yourself and share your team's link with your team only. You can ask us to delete your account and your team's data at any time; see the privacy policy for what that covers. We may close an account that is misused.

The beta

The beta is free and provided as it is: it may change, pause or stop, and we cannot promise it is always available. As far as the law allows, Two Touch is not liable for losses from using it.

Changes

If we change these terms we update the date at the top and tell you on your team's page first.
