Privacy policy

Beta version, last changed 27 October 2026. Two Touch is run by Cihad Gul. Questions about this policy: support@twotouch.io.

What we collect

We do not ask for children's names, contact details or dates of birth. Players are known by their shirt number.

What we use it for

Nothing else. We never sell recordings or data, publish them, share them with other teams or with advertisers, or show adverts. To keep a recording out of training, email us and it is used only for your own team's reports. Information from Google is used only to make your account and sign you in.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in (it lasts 30 days, or until you sign out). No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

Who can see it

Your team's page can be opened by the team's members and by anyone you give the team's link to, so share it with your team only. We never publish your recordings or your team's page.

Two Touch runs on cloud providers that host the service and store and process recordings for us (for example Cloudflare). They handle data only on our behalf, under their own security and data-protection terms, and may not use it for anything of their own.

Children

The players are children, so accounts are for adults only: coaches and parents. Recordings of children need the agreement of their families. When you send a game you confirm that the club and the families of the players in it have agreed to it being used for player analysis and to improve Two Touch's analysis, as described above.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your account and your team's recordings while you use Two Touch. Email us and we delete your account, your team's recordings, page and details. What our software has already learnt from a recording cannot be taken back out of it, but the recording itself is deleted and never used again. If you signed in with Google you can also remove Two Touch's access in your Google account settings at any time.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date at the top, and tell you on your team's page before anything changes for data we already hold.
